From the 17th until the 20th of September the International Conference on Biofabrication 2023 took place in Saskatoon (Canada). Here the BMT team was able to give two presentations. Eva Schätzlein presented her research on “Custom made electrically conductive composites for improved maturation of bioprinted muscle tissue” and Jamina Gerhardus on “Multi-Modal 3D-Bioprinting for Perfusable Tissue Models”. In addition, Eva Schätzlein was awarded a travel grant.
